Homemade Pizza

Ingredients:
1 can of Pillsbury pizza crust (by the biscuits and rolls and cookies in the freezer section)
1 Roma tomato
Basil leaves
Feta cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
Peppers
Pepperoni

Fold out the crust, layer your toppings, and bake!

This is also a great summer dish with the veggies and sharp feta cheese.

I'll be making this tonight with pepperoni and pineapple-- my husband's fave (me, eh, not so much)

That sounds so easy and good. I have not been able to convince my husband that pineapple is good on pizza. It simply will not compute for him. LOL!

Made the diet soda and cake mix cake today. I sued diet cola and a devil's food cake mix. Very good. Instead of frosting, I am topping it with a bit of lite whipped topping. Yum. Vicki

vicki- glad the cake turned out well!
last night i made the pineapple pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos and lots of mozzarella cheese-- it was the best i've made. i only put pineapple on half the pizza (b/c i'm not a fan of it). try that and your husband can try it, and if he doesn't like it, he can just eat the other half!
