I stitched them out, cut them, and applied Heat 'n Bond to the back. You can iron them on to whatever you want. This is a good trick for materials/fabrics/items that you might fear embroidering directly on or for someone who just wants to order a patch, which may cost less.
It was just a fun little project for me. The shirts above just have the patches laying on them, not ironed on, to show you what they look like.
