Monogrammed Baseball Tee

I foresee this tee being a staple in my fall wardrobe.  It's long enough that I might even be able to pull it off with some black leggings...the ultimate comfort combo!

I stole this shirt from my husband, but you can pick one up from Walmart here or here for less than $10!  (Use ebates and get 1% back!)

I embroidered it with a font from Boutique Fonts.

Quick, easy, cheap, and comfy!

65th Wedding Anniversary Embroidered Pillow

This is the second of two commission projects I did for a 65th wedding anniversary.  Yesterday I shared the chalkboard art I did for the anniversary.

The fabric for the pillow is Waverly from Walmart.  The numbers design is from Herrington Design on Etsy, and the dots are from The Itch 2 Stitch (free!).

65th Wedding Anniversary Chalkboard Art

This is a commission project I did for a lady that wanted a gift for her parents' 65th wedding anniversary.  The idea is not my own.  There are paintings like this all over Pinterest.  The one twist is the chalkboard, a suggestion from the client.

The chalkboard is from Hobby Lobby.  I painted the frame white.  The white lettering is a chalk marker from Hobby Lobby.  The heart is red craft paint.

To write the numbers and words, I first typed everything out on my computer.  I used a projector to project it on the chalkboard and did a rough trace.  Then I sat with the board and filled everything in.

The next blog post will be the other gift she had me make!  Stay tuned!

Embroidered Banners

These banners were a fun project.  Both fabrics are Waverly brand from Walmart.  The pineapple and fonts are from Boutique Fonts.  The anchor is from My Sew Cute Boutique.  I'm sure you'll see more of these from me in the future.  The possibilities are endless with these!
